It is best to attempt to get a hold of another DUI attorney. It is better to be proactive. I will be in my office for another couple hours if you wish to talk.

It really depends on the facts of the case and jurisdiction in which the incident occurred. My office has seen a considerable change in several jurisdictions with the way prosecutor's offices are handling new cases in the recent months. My recommendation is to get an alcohol evaluation prior to your first pre-trial hearing and contact an attorney today.

If you sue Home Depot, what do you wish to accomplish? Theoretically you can sue anyone for anything. It would be worth your while to speak with an attorney to find out what actions you may have against Home Depot and what possible outcomes might be accomplished. First and foremost, ask yourself what you want to accomplish. If the answer is tons of money, without substantial damages it is not likely. The most important thing is verifying the gas is hooked up properly and there are no...

Many factors determine the resolution of a DUI case. Without knowing the facts of the case, the jurisdiction and the judge, or the other slew of details, it is impossible to tell you what your chances are. It is important to retain private counsel if you can, or contact your local public defense office to review the facts of your case. It sounds as if you may have an issue, so retaining counsel now who you are comfortable with will be beneficial to you. They will need time to review the...

Yes, you will want to have an attorney look at the claim. My office does work all over the state of Washington and has worked with many insurance companies. Some have a tendency to drag their feet, but with presence of counsel it can expedite the process. The most important thing is making sure your daughter gets medical treatment to try and minimize any injuries caused by the accident. I am in the office today if you would like me to answer any of your questions.
