I was very happy with the outcome of both of my cases using Michael Clark as my attorney. I was arrested for once for domestic violence and then again for a DUI (cannabis and alcohol together), violating a no contact order, and possession of cannabis. With Michael's instructions I was able to get the dv charge dismissed, the cannabis charge, and the no contact order violation. I was only charged with negligent driving in the first degree which I plead guilty to after Michael talked to the prosecution to get me a deal. When I would meet with Michael he would be very helpful and knowledgable. My charges were on state and federal land so I am very positive that Michael knows the law very well and I would highly recommend him.

Mr Clark did a fabulous job defending my son who had been wrongly accused of domestic violence. Police arrived at our home and arrested my son at night. By referral from an attorney acquaintance, we called Mr Clark's answering service. He responded promptly and handled the case in a very professional manner. He was able to have the charges dismissed before it went to trial. I recommend him highly.

Mr. Clark was very professional and helpful. He was able to accommodate my work schedule and was very straight forward and easy to work with. Mr. Clark helped me create a plan to minimize my potential penalties. He communicated with me in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Michael but hope to never need his services again.

My initial consultation with Michael Clark was very pleasant and I found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I was charged with 6 counts of felony theft; brought by my abusive ex-husband’s mother. I had to borrow the $6k flat fee; and after meeting with him, and reading reviews about his work, I was pretty adamant that I had found the perfect lawyer for me. Our interaction over the next 6 months proved me terribly wrong. The nebulous; but glorious reviews on his website speak of reduced charges, dropped charges & “best results ever” as a result of his legal representation. I began with (6) felony charges and ended with (3) felony charges and fail to see his accomplishment or my advantage….I have a felony on my record; I don’t care if it’s one or six, a felony is a felony. To this point, I do not even have a traffic violation on my record. Further, and of much more importance to me, I am very unsatisfied with the manner in which Mr. Clark addressed me. Of course, I was extremely emotional during this period. I am being charged with a felony against a man who was verbally and physically abusing me for ten years. Mr. Clark showed no compassion whatsoever and at one point even told me that the charges against my ex were “just misdemeanors.” Mr. Clark would request that I send him evidence and I did so via e-mail. He never responded to those e-mails; nor did he ever mention the evidence to me or anyone else. After my pre-sentence hearing, Mr. Clark told me to request character reference letters from my friends & relatives and he would read them at my sentence hearing. I know of eight letters that were sent to Mr. Clark and some of them were sent to the judge prior to my hearing; not one of them was read in court; and approximately three were handed to the judge as we sat down in front of him. I am a professional woman, retired from 35 years as a Boeing Manager and am considered very intelligent. At my sentence hearing, Mr. Clark told me THREE times not to make faces when the letters were being read by my ex’s family. Really? If he had said it once, I would have found it offensive; but, by the third time, I felt his behavior was totally condescending. I would not recommend Mr. Clark for the reasons stated; however, that doesn’t mean he may be what someone else is looking for.

I selected Michael Clark from a host of lawyers advertising online because he specialized in federal and military cases. I'm so glad I did! He was so kind and non-judgmental yet very professional and sharp as a tack. He walked me through every step of the process and always returned my calls in a prompt manner. Mike was very careful to inform me of all my options along the way; making suggestions but never pressuring me. As a result, I believe I received the best possible counsel and the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Mike to anyone seeking a criminal attorney.

After realizing i had a some-what complicated case, I was overbearing in question asking. Mr. Clark never failed to be kind with me. In this particular matter, Mr. Clark dealt with a wide spectrum of the judicial system, from the city level up to the DOJ. I was actually with Mr. Clark in a court setting and was impressed with his demeanor. He is honest and knowledgeable. His staff is as well kind and easy to approach. In the end, I feel not only was i well represented with talent and experience, but i gained a trustworthy friend in Michael Clark.

I was at a difficult time in my life and what seemed as an almost impossible case originally, he was able to get the facts and truth out when my first attorney's weren't giving me any choices or real support..
Michael Clark performed well and exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and his experience was apparent from start to finish. He provided honest and realistic recommendations considering the unusual circumstance's of my criminal case.
