What can I say about Mike that hasn't been said already? Michael kept everything under control for me in a time that I felt the world was surly falling apart. I have never been in trouble before and I was already beating myself up pretty badly for letting something like this happen to me. He did not judge me or make me feel guilty. He felt like a friend and ally that I could count on. He took the weight off of my shoulders. He did everything he could do for my case to help me get the best results possible. He kept me informed, was straight forward and honest, and kept the tasks minimal for me. He made an extremely stressful situation seem simple and quick. One of the things I liked best about him was that he was not pushy, he was friendly, and most importantly, he was himself. He's a different kind of lawyer than most and it will not go unappreciated. I hope you dont' have to go through any situation like I did, but in case you do, I would say Mike is the one you can count on! He reads in between the lines to find anything that will help your case. He is knowledgable and knows the system, judges, and prosecutors. I couldn't be happier about how my case turned out. Michael Clark is a very professional lawyer, knowledgeable in his area of expertise, and is cooperative with his clients. He handled my specific case with complete care and kept my family and I "in the loop" at all times. His instructions to us were very clear and easy to understand, which made the difficult predicament I was in seem painless as he did all of the work. What seemed an almost impossible case originally, he was able to get the case dismissed from court, allowing me to continue on with my life; giving me a second chance practically. My wife and I hired Mr. Clark to assist our daughter with a DV/assault case. I had never worked with a lawyer before and did not know what to expect. He was recommended by a local Bail Bondsman - that was some of the best advice I have received in years. While still maintaining the client/attorney confidendiality, he kept my wife and I informed about the processes much as he could. We were in court twice and both times he was cleary the best lawyer in the room. His expertise, confidence and experience clearly shined. I almost felt sorry for some of the other people who had someone else representing them - the difference is the way he handled himself in court and worked with the judge was cleary evident. In the end, the charges were dismissed - and it is all thanks to Michael. Without him, this would not have happened. Absolutely worth the money. If I ever need an attorney in this area again, I already know the phone number to call.

Needed to find a good yet affordable lawyer for my teenage son who had been cited for theft (shoplifting). Had really no idea where to turn as we had never needed to hire a lawyer for any reason before. After finding this Avvo advice site and reading the reviews of Michael Clark we decided to give him a try and now feel very lucky that we did. Mr. Clark was very approachable, friendly, and very sincere when listening to our concerns about how a theft charge on our sons record could do permanent harm to our sons future. Mike informed us of our options on going forward and what he hoped that he could accomplish for us. He also let us know that there were no certainties in going forward....let's just say he didn't pull any punches and was perfectly honest about the possible downside, something that we totally appreciated. Once the decision was made to retain Michael Clark as our lawyer he and his staff took over from there. All we had to do was provide him with the required information and they handled the rest keeping us totally informed thru-out the process. The final outcome was outstanding, the Theft charge was dismissed and our son received probation for the MIP charge. Believe it or not we actually believe the lessons learned by our son with this experience may turn out to be invaluable in the long run. We could not be happier with the results! February 2000 was the first time I was represented Michael Clark; I was a minor at the time and facing some very hefty charges. The most important thing to me then was I didn't want to feel alone, Mike was amazing I could call him when ever I wanted and he would talk to me and clam my nerves. I was incarcerated for 2½ months while we went thru the process and he fought for me like a pro, soon I was released with a 1 year deferred disposition. Everything within that year went well and my charges were dropped thanks to Mike.

A couple years later I had gotten a ticket for driving on a suspended which I thought was weird because I didn't even have a license, I felt that I needed legal representation once again I called Mike to get me out of this situation. My court date was set for sometime in December I don't recall the exact date but it was close to Christmas, Mike came in we were in the court room for maybe 10mins my ticket was dropped from driving on suspended to a lesser charge. No time out for this girl and a very small fine I had to pay once again Mike saved the day.

And the last time I had to call upon my favorite Legal Eagle I was in a bit of hot water for protesting outside my old work and I received a restraining order. Mike took care of that first shot NOT GUILTY.

Anytime anyone I know needs a lawyer I always always say Michael Clark hands down the best of the best. I never need to flip thru the phone book or ask a friend "hey do you know a good lawyer" Because I know the best lawyer.

At a difficult, insecure time, Mr. Clark took charge and walked me through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable of the law and the system, certainly knew what he was doing. He was open and frank about possibilities, yet compassionate and I did not feel judged at all. He kept me informed and I felt secure and safe knowing with him handling my case, the best outcome was on the horizon....and sure enough, the best I could have hoped for was my end result! Mr. Clark is a "cut to the chase" kind of guy. I like people to be laid back and he adapted to my personality pretty well. If I had to chose one word to describe his presence, it would have to be a professional. I have had other attorneys prior but he is second to none. Hopefully, I won't need another representer. Michael first represented me in a DUI case in 1994. Michael is a great trial lawyer and we won the case. Michael did his homework and is very knowledgeable of the laws. The last time I required his services in 2006, he was very helpful and was alway there to return my calls. He was able to help with the lengthy paperwork needed for a deferred prosecution. Michael was always able to answer all my questions and help me know all I needed to know for my cases.

Represented me well, and while I wasn't quite satisfied with the outcome of my case, the alternative would have been much, much worse. 5/5 would pay for him again.
