Barbara L. Corey

Barbara Corey practices criminal law exclusively, both felony trial work and appeals. She specializes in Class A felonies, including sex crimes. Formerly she was the chief felony prosecutor in Pierce County and also supervised the sex crims unit and the appellate unit. Her extensive experience as a prosecutor and a defense attorney makes her uniquely qualified to represent you.

Barbara is a sole practitioner. She and her legal assistant personally handle all aspects of your case.  Although there are many individuals who purport to be "private investigators",  many of them are not particularly experienced to work on your case. Barbara knows what it takes to do a thorough job, due in part to her substantial experiance directing major felony investigations while a prosecutor.  She also knows which investigators are worth your time and money and, in fact, uses only three seasoned individuals.
