I am a few days shy of my 58th Birthday, retired from the US Army with a Masters of Science Degree. I prided myself in being a law abiding citizen and could not understand the public's distrust in the Police. I discovered why early on Thanksgiving Day 2014 when a police from Lakewood pinned me for Criminal Trespassing in the third degree for entering a house i believed i was invited. All the evidence i produced to them they effectively ignored, since they are divine and know all things. I suffered from depression. Kelsey comforted me in naturally believing what i told her. This was a breath of fresh air, as i have often doubted the work ethic of the younger generations. She answered every email that i sent her, as we agreed email was the best form of communication, which would allow her to talk with me even if she was in court. She kept telling me that the first chance she had to talk with the prosecution was during my pre-trial. i had difficulty in accepting this, however after talking to many other defendants at our pretrial, as their were at least 30 cases on the docket at my time, and they attested the prosecution ignored the calls from their attorneys. Therefore, she was right and knew the system. I watched the attorneys swarm over the prosecution before the judge entered. I had yet to see Kelsey, as i did not know what she looked like. I just believed she knew what to do. Soon, she came through the gate where we were sitting and called my name. I followed her out of the court and she told me she got the good deal she wanted. And it is a good deal. No conviction, no jail time, and no record, and a monitoring fee that is less than one half of a court date attorney fees. So she was also working to save me money, which to me is a godsend. I trusted her and she came through for me. I seldom right reviews, however, knowing the fear i was suffering with, especially being innocent, i want to help others who fall victim to our unjust justice system. She is an oasis in a long hot dry desert. I am so glad that i trusted her, in that i can stay with my wife and two children, and not in a orange uniform in jail. I will keep her in my prayers.

Performs professional and carries herself as an expert in the courtroom setting. She knows what to do and does it, almost making to look too easy. She radiates courage and confidence. I felt so relieved and at peace sitting beside her in the courtroom, as even my fear of the judge vanished and my sadness for the prosecution as it was so evident he was in a battle in which he lost. If you want the best, I would recommend you give her a call. She knows what she is doing and has powerful determined eyes to keep the court where she wants it.

She commands respect by her actions. Judge and court knew her. She pulled the required forms for my transference and with confidence handed them to the prosecution. I did not know she was my attorney at that point, but when i saw the way she acted i was wishing she was. When she came and called my name, i was so revealed. She told me to follow her, because she got me a good deal. I can now spend time with my family and not be sent to jail. She knows where she is going, and if you want the best, you would be a fool not to select her. She also had another client with a hearing and won that case also. I could feel the envy in the people who were still waiting to go before the judge. Do not worry about her young appearance, as she has strong powerful eyes that will get you the best deal possible. It is not always saying the correct thing that is the solution, delivering that conviction with your heads and behavior drive the point home perfectly, making resistance unwise for any opponents.

Kelsey was great! She was very competent and helpful during my DUI case. Returning every phone call and email, she talked me through the steps and educated me before going to court. Her response to every concern that I had made me feel at ease. When in court, she worked diligently with the prosecutor to get my DUI drop to Negligent Driving; no probation; and my fines were well under what I expected to pay. She personally dealt with the DMV and presented an excellent case that I was able to retain my license AND continue to drive without an Ignition Interlock Device.
In my profession, I needed a good attorney to represent me so I may continue to work without any setbacks due to my mistake. Though I won’t be in need of another DUI attorney, I will refer her to family and friends who needs a high-quality attorney.
She is prompt, truly experienced, straightforward, caring and very pleasant to work with...AND affordable. She’s first-class at what she does!!! I am truly grateful for her help!

Kelsey was great to work with! I was terrified when I realized I needed a lawyer and was shocked when I made a late evening phone call and someone actually answered the phone. She was very responsive to any e-mails and calls and went above and beyond to get a positive result. When I met with her at the office she was very thorough in asking questions and gathering all the details needed for my defense. My court date was less than 10 days away from when I hired her and she filed all the necessary documents and handled everything with efficiency and ease. She presented a very good defense to the judge and the case was dismissed. I hope to never need another lawyer but if I do, I would definitely hire her again.

When I needed a lawyer, she was the only one that answered my call. She handled my case right away. She responded to all my questions even when it was late in the evening and after everything was over with. I did what she recommended me to do and it went very well. I couldn't ask for a more professional, responsive, and proactive lawyer. Thank you!

Kelsey was very upfront and knowledgable about helping me through the case. Her initial counseling was very cordial, and she walked me through the process in great detail. Her fee was about average of what another lawyer quoted me. She ALWAYS got back to my phone calls or emails quickly. She recommended a alcohol counselor free of charge, saving me money in the process. She always kept me informed of my court appearances and was able to get my 1st time DUI charge lowered to Negligent Driving. She always met me in court on time and was aware of what actions I needed to take to get through my court case quickly. She also assisted me with the payment of my fines while I was out of the country. I would recommend Kelsey Ault to anyone else in my situation.

Kelsey is a knowledgeable attorney who got my ticket dismissed quickly with little time and effort on my part. She knows the system well and how to navigate it to get the best outcomes for her clients. I've referred a number of friends and family to her. Price was reasonable too.

She was a horrible lawyer. The only time she ever met me in person was to collect my check. My case was an easy one to win , but every time I had to go to court she would send someone else who knew nothing about my case to represent me. Then when it came time for my review hearing, she wanted more money even though I already paid her a flat fee that we agreed to. Trust me, do not have her represent you, you will lose. You are better off getting a public defender.
