Angela is a very knowledgable yet compassionate attorney. As a Mom looking for representation for a child, I wanted someone who would fight for my child's rights just as I would. Angela went above and beyond my expectations. She was always available by phone or text, which was very important to me. She was also very sympathetic to all of the emotions involved when a child is facing a serious crime. She kept us well informed of what was happening with my son's case, and was relentless in her efforts to fight for my son. He was facing a felony gun charge which could have ruined his future. She was able to negotiate a deferment agreement for him, which has never been granted before. If you are a parent, like me, who wants the very best for their child, look no further! You've got your attorney!

Angela is definitely an informed and professional Defense Attorney. Her thorough knowledge of the required judicial actions and local area Prosecuting personnel greatly benefited the outcome to my charges.

I hired Angela's firm to represent me on my criminal matter, and I could not be more happy with the outcome! Her and her staff were attentive and prompt and made me feel very comfortable. I was very pleased to have Angela as my attorney. She was very informative from our initial meeting and never failed to keep me informed about my case. She let me know of all possible outcomes with my specific case and I ended up with the best possible results. I feel that Angela really put in the time and fought for me. She was even flexible with payments. She was willing to work with me and form a payment plan that worked for me! Angela told me her fee which I paid to her right away, but the case never went anywhere and she never refunded or got back in touch with me! I just thought that I should not have given her all of my savings because she really did not do anything for me. The case was dismissed and never happened anything, but I never heard back from Angela either, so sometimes you don't need lawyer, you might get lucky=exact word used by Angela herself...so Yes I'm not really satisfied because she didn't do anything to help me except took her fee of $3000 and i never saw a dime of it back, yes, i could have waited and seen if i would have been charged with anything in the first place, but I didn't I got scared and wanted her to help me out, but the court saw me and decided there wasn't anything for me to be charged with in the first place and they just dismissed my case, but Angela just told me that i was lucky and have a nice day, yes Angela I bet you have had a nice day with my hard saved $3000 but one day you will pay it back to someone else too just wait your turn!

I am absolutely thrilled by Angelas work performance. I hired her to defend me in a DUI and a probation violation matter. This DUI was from 2009 and the prosecutor wanted to hang me. I have a criminal background with a previous DUI and had just gotten out of prison. I also refused the breathe test which was automatic jail time. I was in fear of losing my job which I worked so hard to get. I felt all odds were against me. Angela's Lawfirm proved that wrong. I got my charge dropped to recklace endangerment and EHM in lieu of jail time. She really cares for her clients and has the knowledge to take cases on that seem extreme. I definitley recommend her!

Dont let the soft spoken and quite demeanor fool you. If you are facing criminal charges you want Angela on your side! She is fiercly loyal and protective of her clients and she has the experience and grit to get the best outcome possible. My criminal case was ultimately dismissed because of her calm persistence and expert knowledge of the legal process. And she even refunded most of my fee!

I contacted Ms. Horwath when I made a bad decision and drove after I had been drinking. From the first conversation and meeting, I felt comfortable with her and my instincts were right. She was able to dive into the legal aspect angle of my case and rather than trying to defend my high BAC, she took a different approach and went after whether or not the tribal officer was right in the way he handled my situation. She found loophole after loophole and was able to convince the prosecutor to drastically reduce the charges to Negligent Driving, which I never thought would happen. In addition, she prepared an 11 page motion to dismiss the charge and argued it with the toughest DOL Hearing Examiner which resulted in only a 90 day suspension of my driver's license. I was expecting at least a year's suspension!
I cannot say how much I appreciated Ms. Horwath's assistance with my situation. She never judged me and gave me a reason to trust her. She said it would be ok and she was right.

Having Angela as my attorney took away nearly all of the stress and fear that came with being charged with a crime.
