I am honored to be able to provide full-service legal representation to the East Plateau area of Pierce County. For more than 25 years, our office has been a steady presence here in Bonney Lake. I practiced for more than 10 years with Hal Geiersbach, who was lucky enough to retire in June 2013, offering experience in real estate, family law, contracts and business planning, personal injury, bankruptcy, criminal law, and civil litigation. I am happy to now practice with Carolyn Elsey, who brings her 20 years of experience in King, Pierce and Thurston counties to our office.
Darlene Hoffman, our certified legal assistant, and Brenda Conner, our Limited Practice Officer and Escrow Manager, have each been with the firm more than twenty years!
We conveniently located on Highway 410 (right next door to Wendy's) - easy access from Highways 512, 167, and the Auburn Enumclaw highway. Consider our outstanding service and fair prices in choosing the firm that will best be able to represent you.
I have lived in Pierce County my entire life and am deeply connected to the members of our community. My husband, Chris, and I have a son in college, as well as two children in the Puyallup School District. We spend our free time coaching youth soccer and softball and, when we can get away, fishing and exploring the Washington coast.
Hourly ($175-225/hour), Contingent (33-40%)
