About Me

Heather E. Forrler, Attorney At Law has been providing clients with quality personalized legal representation for over 11 years. In addition to providing legal advice for clients, she provides arbitration services to individuals and attorneys assisting their clients in a cost-effective, private, and timely manner.

Ms. Forrler helps her clients with empathy, integrity, and efficiency.

Ms. Forrler is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and Kitsap County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Our Mission:
Compass Legal Service’s mission is to provide excellent legal services in a manner that decreases unnecessary stresses and increases the chance of mutual satisfaction of all parties involved.

Having been through legal disputes and a divorce, Heather Forrler is committed to helping her clients get through legal matters as smoothly as possible. She knows that just having to deal with the legal system can be nerve wracking and even scary, especially for those who have never been involved in legal disputes.

Why Use Compass Legal Services?
Ms. Forrler believes that there are issues worth fighting over and others that may be best to walk away from. Fighting in court is not always the answer and can frequently cost more than is awarded in the long-run. Sometimes, though, the issue in dispute is priceless. In those instances, the approach to litigation should be carefully considered.

Common opinion holds that attorneys are greedy and want only to pad their own wallets regardless of the effect on their clients. Thankfully, that is not true of many attorneys, especially in Kitsap County. However, there are attorneys out there that keep the stereotype in circulation. As a wife and mother of three, Heather Forrler understands the need to be wise when spending money. For this reason, she also feels one should be wise when earning other’s peoples’ hard earned money.

On a personal note:
Ms. Forrler has been actively involved in local Girl Scouts since the mid-2000s. Ms. Forrler started as a co-leader of her oldest daughter’s troop. She has since lead teen-aged girls in scouting through their senior years in high school. Ms. Forrler continues her leadership as co-leader of her youngest daughter’s troop, starting in Kindergarten.

She is involved in Kitsap Legal Services, Kitsap County’s low income legal services office. She regularly volunteers her time in legal clinics and by teaching the forms class.
