"The hardest person to represent is an innocent one"...Superior Court Judge
I had initially made my rounds on the usual Bellingham layers and gave them the run down of my case, at this point I was in jail with a 100,000 bail set against me, and I was looking at a no way out situation. I had talked to a good layer friend from the jailhouse and as I signed our contract he promised me he would do his best to get me out and back to work. The next day, there in the the downstairs courtroom walked in what I thought was a young, just out of school lawyer who came over and introduced herself to me as an associate of a friend and my new lawyer if I wanted. I will admit I was a bit taken back at first, but absolutely trusting in my good friend, I accepted her representation. What seemed like 10 minutes later, she had my bail dropped to $20,000 -(Unheard of! ) and then she also and willingly walked my wife through the bail bondsman process, and just like she had promised, I was out of jail later that same day. Kristen knew my case inside and out, and would, through her well developed process leave no stone unturned. After her recommendation of a private investigator, She found information that would ultimately turn my case upside down. She then meticulously created several scenarios and "game plans" she would then used to continually proclaim my innocence while keeping and open door and ear to the prosecutor and a healthy smile in the courtroom for the judge and everyone in the courtroom. Through her calculated maneuvering and deep understanding of the prosecutions standpoint and needs, Kristen Hanna Sloan was able to relive me and my family by having both the felonies removed without having to serve anymore time behind bars. -Kristen is a well seasoned vet and is absolutely trusted in the community to understand the (true) details of your arrest. If she is representing you, what she has to say about you has great merit in the courtroom.- Thank you again Kristen, you really helped my family through one of the most trying times in our lives!

I have been Ms. Slone client for about ten years. The first time I met her she called the jail for me Christmas Eve and she came to get me out of jail.. I will never forget it. She have been to two criminal trials and faught for my life as if it was her own. Not guilty for one and the other one was guilty because discrimination and won on appeal two years later the appeallant court overturned my conviction. I love my lawyer like a sister I can depend on her even if the odds are against me she will fight and has the knowledge to deal with any case any time judge or jury . I call her every time I am in trouble who else would I call? She has never let me down and I love her for that..

For more than 20 years, I've sought legal guidance from Kristin Hanna Slone. She has represented me in municipal and district courts four seperate times. I have also hired her to represent me in consumer protection, property disputes, and when faced with a hostile work-place environment. Grievance-resolution is one of many fortes that Kristin Slone has mastered.
Kristin Hanna Slone's integrity and character solidify the attorney-client relationship. I have turned to her expertise to solve a menagerie of problems. Attorney Slone's actions and advice have yielded, in all my cases, the most favorable and just outcomes.
*My Land: Four years ago, a developer started to put a road on the back of my property. I hired Kristin Slone. Even though a surveyer said the property wasn't exactly mine, nor theirs, I got to keep it because of "adverse possession".
*My Job: I've worked for the State of Washington for nearly 25 years. I faced discipline when my boss wrongly accused me of breaking protocol. I hired Attorney Slone. She wrote two letters and then met with my boss. Kristin Slone not only put an end to my adverse employment issue, since then, my boss and I have developed, and contunue to share, a sincere level of open communication and mutual respect.
*My DUI: Kristin Slone won my case on a motion. She argued that the police violated my rights because they had no probable cause to interrogate and detain me; the judge threw out my case. She saved my driver's license, too!
*My Speeding Tickets: Kristin Slone beat all 3 of my tickets. She fought. She won.
My attorney, Kristin Hanna Slone, is kind and tactful. She has always kept me informed, and has a knack for explaining legal issues so they make sense. Her prices are fair and honest. Kristin has given me advise that has undoubtedly stopped trouble before it could start. Her unique holistic approach to problem solving is an art. My attorney appears to be humbly at home in court. It's like she has walked a mile is your shoes. She really understands the nuances the courtroom demands, and has a special rapport that, and is well respected by the judges. She amazes anyone in the courtroom. Kristin Hanna Slone is the very best attorney whom I always turn to.
