Mr. Wogsland is my court appointed lawyer and he has been very helpful in my case and has given me a lot of time and help in this matter and he is a very good lawyer. he has been very generous with his time and efforts on my behalf.

Mr. Wogsland was always responsive and available to talk to me about my case when ever I had any questions. He fought hard for me to be able to see my children when my ex-wife was trying to screw me over, and when we went to court I won!

I was wrongfully convicted in 2000 for a rape charge. If my court appointed lawyer would of worked with me better he would of known this. But instead he let me at 13 years old plead guilty even though I told him everything. I sat in juvenile hall for 6 months while nothing was being achieved.

This was a court appointed lawyer in my case, he sucks in court. He is dishonest in practice playing a bait and switch. He owns his own firm therefore, there is no one to complain to about his illegal ethics that can screw you out of your children for life. This was a dependency court matter....
