I grew up in Orlando, Florida. At the age of 12, I moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico to attend high school. I attended one year of college at the University of New Mexico but moved back to Florida in 1998. I graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2002. From 2003 to 2006 I attended law school in Michigan. In 2006, I graduated from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing.
From September 2006 to September 2007, I was a law-clerk for the Honorable Larry E. McKeeman of the Snohomish County Superior Court. I joined the firm of Tuohy & Minor in October 2007. Shortly thereafter, Deane Minor and Kara Kruse joined law firms and created Tuohy Minor Kruse PLLC. My practice focuses on Family Law, Guardianships, Probate, Estate Planning and real estate transactions and litigation.
