Mark handled the probate after my father's unexpected death. I was referred to him by the Snohomish County Legal referral service. He was very easy to work with though at times there seemed to be a delay in communication.
Among all of the great advice he gave me was a plan to save my father's house from foreclosure so it remained in the family until the market picked back up as it was the only inheiratance my siblings or I would ever see and we needed to recoup some financial losses.
He and his staff were professional and pleasant and did what they could to make a difficult time a little less stressful.
Mark (Pete) Patterson caused a lot of harm to my child! Since hiring Mark he hid documents, failed to do the parenting plan correctly, cost me thousands of wasted dollars. This attorney did not work for me. Even my ex stated to me that she thought Mark was on her side. He is still harming my case and my child.
Mark has been my family law lawer for the past four years. He has managed my expecations well, been completly honest with me and has made me feel that he cares about my family. He's on our Christmas Card list.
Mark Patterson has assisted my family with estate planning and small claims matters, and we have seen firsthand the many reasons he has developed such a stellar reputation. He cares about his clients, has a wide range of legal knowledge, and provided us with excellent advice and support. I highly recommend his services.
He was a great and knowledgeable attorney and fullfilled all my needs for a very difficult divorce.
