David Stanley Marshall

My work is child abuse cases, which has been my primary practice focus since 1996. I've lectured and written extensively on legal issues relating to child abuse, and served on child abuse task forces appointed by government leaders. Most often I defend persons accused of child abuse. I also seek compensation for children who have been abused and for adults who have been falsely accused of child abuse. While most of my work is in Washington state, I've also handled cases in other states. I've practiced law 27 years, first as a prosecutor, and for the past 24 years in private practice. I've been recognized several times as a "Super Lawyer" by Washington Law & Politics magazine.
