David M. Gaba

Mr. Gaba has an active practice representing both broker-dealers and consumers in routine and complex securities and insurance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gaba was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington, he also serves as an Administrative Law Judge and as an arbitrator for the NYSE, NASD, NFA, Pacific Stock Exchange, and American Arbitration Association. Dave still maintains his Series 65.
