Our family has used Mitchell Greenes services for over ten years. Each and everytime the office gals have always been very professional and friendly! Sue has been in the office for alot of those years and I have dealt with here most times and absolutely LOVE her!! Very efficient and friendly. Mitch Greene and his staff are very thorough, direct and provide updates on your case as needed. I have used them for (3) tickets and each time they have guided my on what to do to stay in compliance and do any necessary work I have too on my end. They are well worth every dollar to not have these tickets on your record.

I've never used an attorney for a traffic ticket before but after a minor speeding infraction on I-5 (70mph in a 60mph zone), I decided I didn't have the patience or time to deal with this personally.

Friends recommended Mitch along with some other traffic specialists. I chose Mitch because his website was informative and the most functional.
I simply plunked down the ccard, filled out some forms, mailed in the ticket and hearing date. In return, I received brief informative email acknowledgements from Mitch's office and most importantly the notice that the case was dismissed.

I'm out the fee but no moving violation on the record and no impact to my schedule. Great, simple experience for a simple case.

I think he's like Bigfoot I never have seen him, my Son hasn't seen him, But the tickets disapear so I'm not askin' any questions.My son searched him out first, had great success and then I too was in need of some help with one of Washingtons finest on two wheels, Mitch and his "helpers" do a great service for hard working good people.

Needed to contest cell phone ticket since I drive a company car and he handled it, no problem. Guessing this isn't contested often since in Washington cell phone tickets don't affect insurance, so gives me even more confidence in Mitch with handling not so common situations. 100% satisfied with Mitch Greene!

At first it was a little hard to get in contact with his office, but after I did I am very pleased with the service and professionalism. It is very easy at first you fill out a packet then you fax/mail it in. When they receive it they will call you and answer any questions you may have. Keep in mind this was my first speeding ticket ever and I had many questions. Everyone in the office was very nice and was very knowledgeable. They instructed me to mail my ticket in, after about 5 days I received my court date and was given a call from Mitch Greene's office. They informed me that I did not have to appear in court and that Mitch would handle everything for me. On March 28th I received another call from his office letting me know that the ticket was dismissed and the case was handled. All in all I am very happy with the law services offered by Mitch and I will definitely go through him again and have already referred him to my friends.

I received a speeding ticket outside of Federal Way, WA on my way to buy my dream car. It was my first ticket, and had to keep a clean driving record to stay on my parent's insurance to keep a low rate. The dealer recommended Mr. Greene and his practice since they were clients of him as well, and said he always gets them taken off. I got everything taken care of and called to confirm the court date and to make sure I wasn't needed, since I live 300 miles away and couldn't take the time off work. They kept me up to date, and all I had to do was some paperwork and the payment. After the court trial, I received an email notifying me that the ticket was dismissed and it will not show on my record, which was a blessing in my eyes. Thank you so much for everything you have done and if I happen to get another ticket in the area in the future, knock on wood, I will definitely hire you again.

I have hired Mitch Green before and received good service and value. However this time he was even better than I expected. My court date came and Mitch faced off with the prosecutor and won a partial reduction in my penalties. Most lawyers would call their client and say they did the best they could and explain the reduced charges and penalties. On to the next case.
Mitch Greene did not do that. He asked for and received a stay, gaining another chance to reduce the penalties further. A month goes by and the new trial date comes up. Mitch was able to fully argue my case and circumstances to the judge for a second time. (no extra cost to me)
The outcome of Mitch's effort in court was that all charges and penalties were dismissed.
I would have no problem recommending Mitch Greene to anyone in need of his services.

Speeding in Shoreline, no proof of insurance, forgot about my court date. I called Mitch's office on the day of my court appearance, with out receiving funds they rescheduled the court date, I sent funds, didn't have to go to court and case was dismissed. The entire experience was awesome, except for the ticket getting part. If I ever find myself needing to go to traffic court again, I will be calling Mitch Greene's office before I drive away from my traffic stop.

I was involved in an accident and totaled my vehicle on the freeway, thankfully I didn't hit anyone else but I needed a lawyer to fight the ticket and the resulting blemish on my driving record. He came recommended by a family friend so I hired him and he was able to get all the charges dismissed, I didn't even have to miss work to appear in court. i know that it seems unusual to never meet the lawyer that represents you, i was uneasy about it. but i went with my gut and i'm glad i did! everything is handled via email or phone, but you have nothing to worry about. its great!! i made my payments, and then when court came, i didn't need to take time off work. a day later, i received my email stating that everything was dismissed! i had 2 tickets, for the same thing, for the same court, a month apart, and i was worried. i really was. but i wont be anymore. if you want to be less worried next time a cop decides to pull you over, just have mitch greene's number in your phone.
