About Me

I have spent my entire legal career representing injured workers. I enjoy it because I get to help people with real injuries get the medical and other benefits they are entitled to under Washington law. I handle workers' compensation claims while they are being administered by the Department of Labor and Industries (DLI) or by a self insured employer. I also routinely represent injured workers in appeals before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals (BIIA) and higher Washington courts. I am married and have a very bright two year old daughter.

In the legal community successful lawyers often fall into one of two categories: 1) exceptional legal researchers, meticulous and creative in their analysis and approach to legal issues or 2) trial lawyers, lawyers that excel at oral advocacy and hearing/trial strategy. Grady is an exception to that rule. He excels in both categories--wherever a case may lead from negotiations to trial, Grady has the talent and experience to get results and a track record of success to back it up. I refer all my workers compensation cases to Grady without hesitation.

I have known Mr. Martin for quite some time and have had the opportunity to work with him on the workers' compensation side of many of my personal injury cases. His performance has been superb. He is my No. 1 recommendation for clients seeking assistance with a disputed workers' compensation claim and I submit that any prospective client can have the utmost confidence in his diligence, creativity, skill, and willingness to fight hard for his clients in the often complex world of workers compensation rules and regulations.
