Welcome. My practice is one that keeps me in the courtroom -- that is where I like to be most of the time. In both Family Law and immigration, the stakes are relatively high -- in the first instance, the welfare of children often hangs in the balance and in the second, the issue of whether or not a hopeful immigrant or refugee can stay in this country wil be decided. In both cases, hopes and dreams seem to be at the core of the dispute and it is this nuance that motivates my passion for my work.
