About Me

ALEX J. HIGGINS has successfully represented both employees and employers in discrimination, retaliation and reasonable accommodation cases. In addition to his trial work, his practice involves negotiation of employment agreements, review of severance agreements, and non-competes.  He served as Chair of the King County Bar Association, Labor & Employment Section in 2004.  From 2003-2006, he was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America.  In other lives, Alex has also worked as a Park Ranger in Montana and a high school history teacher in Mexico.  He lives in the Seward Park neighborhood with his family where he serves as a board member for the Seward Park Environmental & Audubon Center.
