About Me

My practice focuses on helping clients reach agreements.

Instead of engaging in a court battle in an attempt to somehow create a "winner" at the expense of another, I work with my clients in a respecful and transparent manner to forge mutually acceptable outcomes that take into account everyone's needs and concerns. I do so using two effective processes: (1) Collaborative Divorce, and (2) Divorce Mediation.

When working in a Collaborative Divorce process, I work as an attorney for a client who engages me solely to help reach an agreement.

When working in the mediation process, I work as an impartial mediator to help both parties through dialogue reach agreements.
