Borish v. Russell

Case Conclusion Date: 05.04.2010

Practice Area: Real Estate

Outcome: The dismissal of my client's claims against the appraiser was reversed, and we settled the case.

Description: Buyers purchased home that converted from a mobile home but sold without disclosure. Buyers sued the seller and the appraiser. I represented the buyers. Claims against the appraiser and most claims against the seller were dismissed before trial, and the jury found for the seller. On appeal, the Court of Appeals reversed the dismissal of the claim against the appraiser, which was later settled. The dismissal of the claims against the seller was affirmed.
