 Good "I endorse Maggy's work. While I was Intellectual Property counsel at a Fortune 500 company, Maggy and I worked on a complex software licensing matter with a large French software firm. Maggy's knowledge and skills in the substantive legal areas were, of course, top notch. But, what made the negotiations go as well as they did were Maggy's knowledge and experience with international business transactions, the culture of the other party (and its people), the negotiating tactics common in the other party's culture, and the language spoken by the other party.
