Peer Endorsements Relationship: Co-worker Endorsement: Ms. Bailly and I worked for a large aerospace concern whose products span the globe. Part of my worked focused on intellectual property issues and other general contractual matters. I occasionally consulted with Ms. Bailly and found her advice and insight to be very useful and deeply insightful. Although I have not had the benefit of being a student in one of her law school classes, I have heard from her peers that she is an excellent professor and very knowledgeable in the fields of intellectual property and international law. While I was Intellectual Property counsel at a Fortune 500 company, Maggy and I worked on a complex software licensing matter with a large French software firm. Maggy's knowledge and skills in the substantive legal areas were, of course, top notch. But, what made the negotiations go as well as they did were Maggy's knowledge and experience with international business transactions, the culture of the other party (and its people), the negotiating tactics common in the other party's culture, and the language spoken by the other party.
