I represent individuals and businesses in commercial and residential real estate
transactions. I also represent real estate brokerages, escrow companies, title companies and lenders in litigation, disciplinary proceedings, standards of practice, education, risk management, mergers and acquisitions and affiliated business relationships.
I serve on industry boards, consult with regulatory agencies and occasionally participate in lobbying efforts concerning legislation. I also serve as trial consultant and expert witness to attorneys in litigation concerning the standards of practice of members of the real estate industry.
I serve as arbitrator/mediator in disputes concerning commercial and residential
real estate; including claims between buyers and sellers (e.g. earnest money disputes, claims of misrepresentation, etc.) claims by or against real estate brokers, escrow agents, appraisers, inspectors, title insurance companies and lenders. I was named as one of Seattle’s Top Lawyers in Residential Real Estate for 2003 and 2005 by Seattle Magazine.
