I met with Jason a couple of weeks ago regarding my accident. He went over the process and what to expect and was very knowledgeable. I feel confident having hired Jason as my attorney.

Jason and his team did a great job. I was in the hospital for a long time after being hit by a driver; and unable to walk for even longer. At one point it seemed that my medical insurance would be taking my entire settlement due to an unfair law and leaving me with nothing to reimburse all the out of pocket bills. Jason's team was able to work swiftly; always notifying me of news and always asking for my opinions on how to handle matters, and was able to get me my settlement. They did a great job and were able to make a horrible situation right. I truely thought I wouldn't get anything from my greedy insurance company but Jason's team pulled through. Would highly recommend them.

I hired Jason ,when I had a traffic accident.. After my first meeting.i saw very little of him....they had an office around east gate but moved.i went to his office with a question , well the office was totally empty .. I had to track them down.. I was not even informed of them moving...I had several phone conversations with his para legal..Jason was always to busy...I asked questions about what I should do regarding my injuries.I was told whatever you think you need... When it came time to submit my case,Jason told me the Amount he was going to settle for, "not what he was going to ask for " me not knowing all the facts told him I didn't like that.. Then Jason said he wanted out of the case, he said there were questions about it .. And he didn't like to go to trial ...I asked him about the questions he had , " I was under the impression my attorney would talk to me about any questions. which if asked were easily explained. I went to several other law firms they all said that because of the way he was starting my case they didn't want to pick up his mess....So I must say Jason hurt me much much more than the accident did.. I personally find Jason to be a poor lawyer and the way HE didn't communicate with me then drop me so I can't find a lawyer now and many bills.. I find in my opinion Jason to be a poor excuse for an attorney and a man that he stated to me there are lawyers that go to trail and some that don't.. I find Jason is not truly out to help the clients but make an easy buck for himself, and if he feels it's to much work he bails...

My husband and three minor children were involved in an automobile accident two years ago. My husband and I decided to try to handle the case on our own, to try to save some money. Fast forward nine months, and we are still in settlement discussions with the at-fault driver's insurance company. I found Jason Epstein's information while researching settlement procedures online, and saw that he mentioned the fact that he does free consultations. I called his firm, spoke with a kind receptionist, told her a brief summary of my case, and was asked if Jason could call me back later today. I honestly assumed I likely wouldn't receive a call back for a few days - if at all - due to the fact I was interested in a free consultation. To my astonishment, my phone rang about ten minutes later! Jason was extremely friendly and took his time to explain the legal process to me, answering each and every one of my questions. He didn't rush me through the conversation and made me feel like my story was important to him - even though he wasn't representing me (yet.) Although, what truly impacted me the most was his sincere honesty. We discussed the settlement amount that the at-fault insurance company was currently offering, and Jason told me that even if I was to retain an attorney to settle my accident claim, I likely would not get any more than the insurance company was currently offering. He went on to explain the settlement procedure and court approval that would be needed to settle my children's claims, even describing the look/layout of the courtroom and exactly what I could expect. Jason even said that for my specific case, the court process was very simple and straightforward and I could completely do it by myself. I was so impressed with his professionalism, expert knowledge and honesty. (He was really funny too, which tremendously reduced my nervousness.) As a stay at home caretaker of five children, I do not usually write reviews of any kind, because I simply do not have the time. Although I am MAKING the time today because Jason was absolutely fabulous, and I feel like everyone needs to know! :) Even though I will not need his legal representation for this current accident, I will be keeping his information in a very handy place in case I am ever involved in an accident in the future.

I was in a car accident involving two other vehicles. Our car was totaled and I was hurt. The person at fault in the accident was under-insured, but I had PIP and under-insured motorist coverage. Before the accident, I did not know what this would mean from a legal standpoint. At the time I met Jason, I was going through a lot of medical treatment and was having a difficult time understanding and handling the endless communication from the insurance companies. I contacted Jason and he reassured me with his understanding of the law. He explained the legal process and gave me instruction about what he could provide for me. He answered all my questions and gave me his contact information for further communication. He went over the legal contract with me and I was very satisfied with the professionalism he demonstrated with his fees and services. My case took about nineteen months to settle. I had many questions along the way, and would call or email Jason with these and he would answer promptly. His staff was always friendly and helpful and would either take care of my concerns or quickly relay them to Jason. Without my request, Jason reduced his legal fee, so I could receive a bigger settlement. I hope I am never in an automobile accident again, but if I am, Jason will receive my business. I couldn't imagine better legal representation. Thank you Jason.

I was referred to Premier Law Group by a well known, long standing and reputable law firm. This in itself spoke volumes. When I called the office I received warm, supportive and knowledgeable help from the staff. They took some information and told me one of their attorneys would give me a call. Within less than half an hour I received a call from Jason Garrett Epstein. I was so grateful and immediately felt at ease. I could tell that he cared about what I had to share. He listened carefully and knew exactly what to say and which questions to ask to help support me in my situation. In addition to being there to return my call promptly, he was down to earth, kind, understanding, knowledgeable and very compassionate. He clarified a few things and helped put my mind at ease even though my situation was very challenging for me. I would highly recommend giving Jason Garrett Epstein a call if you have any situation that requires the services that he can provide.

I really appreciated Jason's helpful willingness to share good advice. I didn't feel like he was all about gaining the client and making some bucks, but instead I saw him give me advice that was in my best interest (even if it didn't make him a bunch of money). Maybe an ethical lawyer isn't an oxymoron after all.

Everything with my case went as I expected it to. I liked working with Jason, all the attorney's at Premier Law Group listened very well. I have worked with other attorney's on seperate matters and I always had to remind them of what I had previously said.
