We are dedicated to helping associations understand, strengthen and enforce their legal rights, perform their responsibilities, resolve disputes and preserve and enhance their value and livability as communities. For over 25 years, we have assisted more than 1,300 associations with their legal needs. We limit our representation to condominium and homeowners associations. I am the only attorney in Washington State honored by induction into the College of Community Association Lawyers.
Licensed since 1977
Jim and I have worked together on numerous legal disputes involving condominium associations with great results. These matters often involve complex issues including association governance, construction defect and insurance coverage issues. Jim has always proved a vital member of our litigation/dispute team and his work is consistently top notch. I would recommend Jim to any of my clients as he is one of the preeminent attorneys in his area of expertise.
