As a prosecutor Bill Bowman was one of my favorite attorneys to work with. He took a reasonable and logical approach to discussing plea bargains in a very professional manner. This makes negotiating easier and in a majority of cases it benefited Bill's clients greatly. Attorneys that go on the attack right out of the gate usually do not fare so well with prosecutors. This does not mean Bill does not have a bite. He just saved his attack for the appropriate times when an attack does more damage (motion hearings and trial).
