Simply put, Bob was a delight to work with. He picked my case up after another attorney stepped back, and stuck with me for the year and a half it took before the dispute was settled. He stuck up for me and really understood my position. I could not think higher of Bob and would recommend him to anyone.

Bob explained his process and what we should expect of him in our first meeting. He took all of the financial headaches off our plate and allowed us to focus on the real work of getting well and managing the leave I took from work. This support was a huge benefit to me and my family. Bob was very quick to act and had gotten agreement from both the offending drivers insurance and my insurance to put the full personal injury protection amount into his trust within a few days and then we were able to simply send any medical bill we received to him and he paid it from the trust. He also negotiated with my employers insurance to cover my medical costs until my claim was settled. I was very pleased with Bob's knowledge of the entire process from the law to the workings of the medical community and the insurance community. If I had been forced to work the issues myself we would have lost a lot of sleep and money. In the end, most of our costs, medical, equipment, legal fees and incidentals, were addressed in my claim. I highly recommend Bob to anyone who has been injured by a motorist while cycling. He is an expert in the field and a true partner in the process.
