Client Review:
Rick and his firm, along with Chuck Thulin, recently handled a case on behalf of my parents, involving insurance benefit claims. He was extremely thorough, and able to explain arcane ERISA law elements to all of us plaintiffs in the case. We won a significant victory in court after Rick presented a very compelling case. Briefs were thorough, completely accurate and well-cited. Would certainly recommend Rick and his firm to clients investigating ERISA issues.
