About Me

My practice involves analysis and litigation of business disputes. With more than twenty years of experience in a wide range of challenging and, in some instances, precedent setting cases, I advise clients of their rights and responsibilities and litigate to protect their interests.

I am admitted to practice before the Washington Supreme Court, United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington.
