Michael Paul Iaria

Michael Iaria has substantial trial, appellate and post-conviction experience, emphasizing the defense of white collar, death penalty, homicide and other serious felony cases in state and federal courts. He has served on the Board of Governors of both the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Washington Appellate Defender Association; has chaired WACDL’s Death Penalty Committee; and is qualified to handle capital cases at the trial, appellate and post-conviction levels.
