Kevin has taken care of many of my criminal cases, starting from a Negligent Driving to Wreckless to DWI. I worked with other lawyers, actually 7 to be exact, and no one even comes close to Kevin's expertise. He worked and works very hard in order to get a ticket dismissed or reduced the least to say. He has been a very thorough and very knowledgeable attorney. He has dismissed and/or reduced all of the the cases in which I hired him to represent me! He is the Best! The Only Attorney I would hire to represent me in any criminal court. He has done a superb job, and I am very happy to have such an understandable at the same time aggressive lawyer that will do everything in his power to help you!

I had never had any sort of dealings with the law before I was arrested for DUI. I blew over twice the legal limit at the police station and basically thought my life was screwed up for good. I called a few lawyers and told them my situation, the response i got was consistently something to the effect of, "The blood alcohol level in your case is just too high, you're just going to have to take a DUI, sorry.". I was about to accept my fate, but then i had a stroke of luck, I found Kevin. I called him up and talked about my situation, he literally laughed when i told him what the other lawyers had said, incredulous that they could be so bad. Right then i knew that he was different than the others, a cut above the rest. I could tell that he knew everything there was to know about fighting a DUI. So I went with him, and I have never been more happy about a decision in my life.

The first court date was nerve wracking, sitting in a courtroom on a cold wooden bench with a bunch of other people in similar situations. Kevin was smooth, intelligent, and confident, smiling and joking with the prosecution, they smiled and laughed back, you could tell they knew him and respected him. Even the judge cracked a few jokes with him.

Kevin was able to get my breath test completely thrown out, i am still not sure how on earth he did this, as everything was done by the book at the police station.... it was some kind of technicality, i think. The prosecution ended up offering us a deal for a reduced charge; reckless driving, and couple days work release jail, in a jail of my choice, plus a couple days on a public work crew, and a fine. This alone would have been an amazing result, considering my BAC. Kevin was able to get this reduced even further!! I ended up with a slap on the wrist; Reckless driving (30 day license suspension) with 3 days electronic in home monitoring, a $300 fine and some various counseling sessions, that's it! And he was able to get the judge to give me a 24 month deferred sentence, which means its completely off my record in 2 years if i stay out of trouble, piece of cake!

Lets review:
-Without Kevin: DUI permanently on my record, up to 364 days in jail and a $5000 fine. Huge license suspension.

-With Kevin: Reckless driving, $300 fine, 3 days hanging out at home with an ankle bracelet, 30 day license suspension, attend some counseling sessions.

This guy is the best DUI lawyer around, period. He's the guy that will use every ounce of his abilities to get you out of the hole that you're in. He knows every nuance, loophole, nook and cranny there is to know about DUI law. I had such immense piece of mind just knowing that he was fighting for me, and now that its over, a huge weight is lifted off my shoulders because of the AMAZING ruling that he was able to get me. 5 stars all around, recommend to everyone facing DUI in the Seattle area. If you don't get a good result with Kevin, you just plain wouldn't have gotten a good results anywhere else, there is nobody better.

There is no question in my mind, that Kevin and his staff provided me the best representation. After some initial research and at the strong recommendation of a knowledgeable friend, I hired Kevin. Once my case began, I then realized how challenging my case was. And by the end of my ordeal, I was grateful that Kevin took my case. I could not be more pleased with my outcome.

Never thought I'd be in the position to need an attorney but was so very relieved to find Kevin and his team. When you are in a bind you have to find someone who is knowledgeable about the law, trustworthy and responsible and someone who can put you at ease in such an awful situation. Kevin did all of this. I've trusted him with my life.

Kevin kept me informed and educated about the charges against me and reviewed every option which allowed me to feel comfortable about the choices I made during this incredibly scary experience. Because of his experience I believe he understands how intimidating navigating through charges and penalties can be and really helped me keep my head on and get through it.

After receiving my first DUI I was mortified. I had never been in any trouble before and had no idea how the system worked. I was referred to Kevin by a good friend of mine who had received his first DUI about a year prior. My friend works as a paralegal in Seattle, so I trusted his judgement, and went to see Kevin.

After the consult, I felt very comfortable with him. He walked me through the entire process and explained it in depth. He took care of my DOL hearing without me needing to be present. He got my DUI dropped to a reckless driving, and for that I am quite thankful.

If I had one area he could improve on, it would be keeping me in the loop through the entire process. I understand he is quite busy with many clients and does a ton of the deep work that helps his clients and many other lawyers clients get reductions in their charges. Being a pioneer of sorts. However, whenever I felt out of the loop, a quick phone call to either him or his assistant put my mind at ease.

In summation I refer everyone I know who s going through a DUI to Kevin. He is a very talented an compassionate lawyer. God forbid I am ever in that situation again, I will most certainly come back to Kevin.

My experiences with Kevin were nothing but exceptional. Not only is Kevin extremely good at what he does; he is completely confident in himself and in his knowledge which then is exemplified by his ability in the court and his ability to answer all my questions completely and thoroughly. He was always responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. I appreciated his honesty and diligence on my case. I had done a lot of searches for the right lawyer to best represent me and I only want the best lawyer. I understand no lawyer can guarantee the outcome of a case. However, in my opinion, a lawyer who is experienced, compassionate, willing to listen, and work hard for my DV case is the right person. In this case, after a couple of conversation over the phone with Kevin, I knew he is the one for me. He did not disappoint. He worked hard to fight for my rights and defense, provided support emotionally, and got me through this trying time without a scathe. In the end, the charge was dismissed and me, my family and my friends are ecstatic.

The day I first met Kevin, I felt like my life was crumbling around me. I had had a DUI conviction before and absolutely knew better than to drive after drinking. I couldn't have felt worse about myself and all of the potential hardships to which I had opened myself and my new husband.


At a minimum, I figured I'd lose not only my license but also my job.

Lastly, throughout my case, everyone in Kevin's office, particularly Sharon, were incredible. She was so friendly and non-judgemental from the very first conversation and always answered my questions (however minor) happily and completely. She was a big source of reassurance throughout my case.

Kevin and his paralegal provided over-the-top services in handling my case. Kevin was able to put me at ease, answer my questions and take care of things in a timely and professional manner. He is truly a stellar person and attorney and I highly recommend him.

There is not a lot of time after a DUI arrest to research a lawyer. You
need the most knowledgeable lawyer that you can find. In my opinion, that would be Kevin Trombold. I quickly realized that he is an intelligent and competent lawyer. So I got my first ever DUI about six months ago and hd no idea what to do or who to see! A friend of mine referred Mr. Kevin Trombold to me. So I called and set up a appointment to speak with him. He explained everything about getting a DUI an what steps I had to take to get what the state required done. He is very quick and kept me informed on anything that he found out. In the middle of a difficult divorce I was involved in single car rollover accident and charged with DUI. My divorce attorney recommended Kevin and much like all her other advice, she proved to be absolutely correct.

Kevin's skill, experience and knowledge of the Washington State legal system was the difference in getting the charges reduced from a DUI to a reckless driving violation. On top of getting the DUI reduced, Kevin was able to negotiate a "deferred sentence", by which that charge was itself dismissed after two years. i was arrested for a Dui on a friday night, i started looking for a lawyer on saturday morning, i called muitiple lawyers and only kevin trombold picked up his cell phone, he was very understanding and talked in length about my case, he told me to call him anytime if i had any concerns and fears, having worked with another lawyer who would not take my calls, i have felt that kevin is really good and cares about you the client, has a lot of legal knowledge and really tries to find a good deal for you. his paralegal sharon carvo is amazing, always keeping you informed of what's going on, she's very knowledgeable and she's on top of everything. i did not get the plea that i wanted in the end but i would use kevin again and i highly recommend him. i am grateful for his services.

I met with Kevin Trombold on short notice for a second opinion on a case involving my son, who was being charged with multiple counts armed robbery. He gave me straight foreword information, on how to best help my son. He asked many questions and brought up aspects of the case, our own attorney hadn't brought up. His intelligent, calm and direct approach was refreshing. He laid out a plan he would follow if the case were his and supported the ideas shared with specific legal reasons. He was both compassionate and honest, something needed in any felony case. I would refer other cases to him without hesitation.

When I began working with Kevin, just like most people that have been charged with a DUI for the first time, I didn't know what to expect or knew much about the situation. He appeared to be very knowledgeable, but I don't think my specific situation was a very strong area of his abilities. I did not submit to a BAC test and at no point did Kevin mention that he could handle this situation. I understand that taking a case to court never yields any certain results, but stretching it over 6 months only to be asked to pick "what I wanted to do" 15 minutes prior to trial ( with no real advice as to whats best for my situation ) I was left wondering where the lawyer advice I was looking for really was. Mix that with hours of waiting in the courtroom while Kevin was preoccupied with other clients, constant "excuse me for not showing up at the pre-trial" and lack of basic advice I really just felt like another kid with no money that will just sail by on average defense.

I gave it 2 stars for Trustworthiness because I really never had any trust throughout this period, short of that of my lawyer actually showing up in court. 2 stars for Responsiveness which once again was pretty limited to court dates and a couple of emails from the office. I don't doubt that Kevin is knowledgeable in the areas of BAC machines and discrepancies in their readings, but refusal to BAC didn't seem to be his strongest point. And I gave 5 stars for keeping me informed because Sharon at the office does really good work on communication and I always got follow up letters and emails with court dates and any other important information regarding the case.

Kevin Trombold capably handled my DUI case. He was confident that he could deliver exceptional results and he did. I went in expecting good and he handed me AMAZING. He is very knowledgeable about DUI offenses and is liked by many in the legal system. He is passionate and understanding and well-respected. Scared and not knowing what to do on a DUI obtained on a weekend, found Kevin on the web along with a few other attorneys, left messages but all were "we will get back to you on a weekday" not Kevin, He called back Saturday Night as well on that Sunday to ease my mind and comfort me of my options. Kevin Trombold did the amazing and not only was my dui charge reduced but then I got a deferred sentencing. He was able to get my case dismissed with the DOL too therefore saving me a ton of money. I already felt terrible enough about my mistake but not having it ruin me was the best outcome. His work exceeded my expectations and he is the nicest man you will ever meet. I was arrested for my first DUI earlier this year. It's been dropped to a much lesser charge and is not on my record. Kevin is intelligent and knows everything their is to know about BAC testers and washington laws that will help with your DUI case. I highly recommend him for your DUI case.

After obtaning my second DUI in a short period of time of each other i was scared and not sure what was going to happen,and feared the worst.At my first court date,i was ready to be taken into custody,when kevin had walked into the court room,who i had just previously used on my 1st DUI,he saw me,pulled me out of the court room and had asked what had happened,i explained the situation as needed.he then took over my case right there on the spot and i was free to walk out of the courtroom afterwards.who does that?he oversaw the rest of my case till the end..which ended 100% better than i thought it would.going to court for a DUI,or any other charge with out kevin trombold at your defense would be a huge risk not worth taking.Not only kevin but his office assitant are on point,helpful,and by far the best legal team that ive had.they are the..best of the best.thanks Kevin!
