My husband and I used Kevin's services for an adjustment of status. My husband is from the UK and I am an American. We were referred to Kevin by a friend. We were intimidated by this process, one hears many horror stories. Our process went smoothly and very quickly. Kevin instilled a sense of calm and confidence throughout. We couldn't have found a better lawyer to represent us. We came to him after receiving somewhat incorrect advice from a much larger firm on the East Coast. He clearly know all the ins and outs of immigration law, but more importantly he made us feel calm and secure throughout the process. He was thorough, professional and very timely in all his meetings with us. He earned our trust at each step of the way and amazingly our green card waiver was approved in a matter of weeks.

Kevin did fantastic job for me and my family.Our imigration case was not easy and we were close to be deported from the US, but Kevin found absolutely right way to solve all our problems. The volume of the papareworks and phone/fax communications with USCIS and US consulates was incredible, but deprtation case was dissmissed , I got H1B visa and we could return to the US.
Finally we are permanent residents and our 5 years story has happy end because of Kevin's top level proffesional attendance.
