My approach to client service is to be "forward looking." By paying close attention to details and by looking ahead, I’m able to address potential problems before they arise. I focus on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, particularly purchase and sale, tax-deferred exchanges, title insurance, financing, entity selection, construction and development, including sustainable development and green building construction and leasing.  I am a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council.  I have substantial experience in leasing and Indian land.
