I hired David Mark in the late 90's to deal with a class action unpaid wages lawsuit, that my Union was too afraid to deal with, in case it angered the employer. It was a somewhat complicated case against a large employer with a lot of lawyers. He did a lot of documentation investigation and seemed intimately familiar with federal and Washington State employment law. It took over a year, but he won and got everything we were owed, plus his costs paid. I would definitely use him again for any sort of employment or labor law advice or litigation. I'm a little surprised some corporation or big union hasn't snatched him up.
