The Will's are great defense lawyers. I was charged with 2 felonies and both Michelle and Court really went to bat for me. I didn't have super high hopes based on what I was accused of and a previous bad experience I had with another lawyer. But the will's really know what they are doing and they also always answered all my question (which I had a lot of!)) right away and gave me their cell numbers. In then end I had to go appear in court with them a bunch of times but it was worth it for the great deal they got me. The best part was I was able to keep my job which was a huge concern I have. I definitely recommend calling them if you get in trouble!

Court did a great job on my case! I had a lot on the line with my job, family, freedom. I was charge with 6 felony counts for something that I feel was a big misunderstanding. I spoke with a couple of other attorneys and then found will & will on avvo. Court really listened to everything and told me exactly what I needed to do to help with my defense. We also hired an investigator that did a great job. We had to go to court several times over about 7 months. In the end, all felonies were dismissed and a civil compromise was reached. I couldn’t believe my nightmare was finally over and I didn’t have a criminal record! Thank you so much Court Will! and also thank you to his wife Michelle, who also made a couple of court appearances and negotiated.

Mr. & Mrs. Will did an outstanding job for my son. I am a police officer so I am posting this anonymously for that reason. My son made an incredibly bad choice one night and found himself facing three felony battery charges (along with a few of his friends). The Will’s were referred to me by another officer that they had helped out of a jam a couple of years ago. I don’t condone my son’s actions that night, but the prosecutor’s office was trying to throw the book at him. To be honest I probably would not have given it a second thought if charges were not against my son (I’m not proud of that, but I had become somewhat jaded as an officer). Luckily, the Will’s had my son’s best interest in mind and discovered through their investigation that he was not nearly as culpable as his friends were. After several negotiations with the State, in the end my son was able to walk away with not much more than a slap on the wrist (and a hard lesson learned). His friends didn’t fare as well. Thank you to Will & Will for everything; you truly gave my son a second chance at life.

I was going through the absolute darkest time in my life after being arrested for a felony domestic violence charge. I was sitting in court one day at a hearing with another attorney I had hired. This other attorney, who I won’t name, had just told me that I was going to have to plead guilty to a felony and go to jail for at least 8 months. He told me this after barely doing any work on my case or taking the time to really talk to me. I thought all hope was lost, until I noticed Mr. Will in the courtroom. He had two other clients he was working with that day, and he was spending a lot of time talking to each of them. When Mr. Will stepped away I asked one of his clients what they thought of him, and they told me hiring Mr. Will was the best decision they ever made and he got them a deal they never thought possible. I asked Mr. Will for his card, and gave him my phone number. He called me the same day and to make a long story short, I hired him and it was the best decision I ever made as well. My case was resolved with no jail time and no felony on my record. THANK YOU MR. WILL!! I will be forever grateful!

I am both a licensed stockbroker and real estate agent. I did something incredibly dumb that put both of these licenses, not to mention my livelihood and reputation, at risk. Even though I’m not providing my full name here, I still do not want to go into much detail about the incident, as it is incredibly embarrassing. I will say that I was accused of exposing myself but when I did it, it was never my intent for others to see me or be offended by my actions. Unfortunately, the District Attorney did not see it this way. Stuck with the possibility of having to register as a sex offender for the rest of my life, I began searching for an attorney. I consulted with four different lawyers. Court stood out head and shoulders about the rest. His demeanor and caring attitude immediately put me at ease. He immediately formed and shared an excellent strategy with me to convince the prosecutor that all the “elements” of the crime were not present. He also advised me to collect a number of letters from people vouching for my good character; it was difficult to obtain these, as I didn’t want to reveal why I needed the letters, but I am glad I did it because they were very helpful. In the end, Court was fully prepared to go to trial, but literally a few days before we were set to pick a jury Court called me with the best news I’ve ever heard. He had another meeting with the prosecutor and her supervisor and they agreed to dismiss the primary charge in exchange to a plea to a very minor charge that had no effect on my livelihood or record. In exchange, I had to perform a lot of community service. I ended up doing my community service at a local food bank, and the funny thing is I still volunteer there to this day. I cannot say enough good things about Court. He is an outstanding attorney and I owe him everything.

I was charged with causing serious harm to my own child (not even two years old). My child was injured, but it was a complete accident. The "forensics" performed by the state somehow made them to belive it was on purpose. I was referred to Court from a friend who had a DUI and gave him a call. He immediately made me at ease from our first conversation. We hired our own expert who was way better than the states expert. We thought the report from our expert should have been enough to get the case dismissed but we had to go through a 8 day trial where Court did an amazing job. The jury came back with "not guilty" in less than 1 hour! Now I have no criminal record and kept my family together.

Mr. Court Will is a superb/excellent attorney. He handled my case swiftly and efficiently. He worked with me in regards to payments for his services. He took my case in such a short notice and it had an outstanding outcome. He had all my charges dismissed, and dropped. He is not only personable, but very professional. I would recommend Mr. Will and his legal team to any one who needs a GOOD, HONEST, and a HARD-WORKING attorney who is there for them in their time of legal need. Thank You Court Will!

I would like to begin to express about why I am calling Mr. Court and exceptional and a surprising lawyer. Mr. Court was the third lawyer that my family hired to work on my brother's case. My brother's case was a criminal case which absorbed us emotionaly, physically. My brother was facing 37 years to life in prison for a private family problem that occured. Mr. Court came into the case with a very positive outlook and ready to begin working hard for my brother. I call him exceptional for the hardwork he did and the great attitude he has. I call him surprisingly because of his respect for his client's needs, meaning he was always on time for court and did what he said he would do. He always kept us informed of all the new changes. He took his time to explain to my family what exactly was going on with the case. He was very respectful also with dealing with everyone involved in the case. My brother has been free from jail for 3 weeks now, since his last court date. We did not have to go to trial, but Mr. Court was ready to go all the way. Luckily, we did not have to, but at the end he managed to help my brother obtain his freedom. I would highly recommend Mr. Court to anyone seeking a lawyer with lots of expertise, hardworking, responsible, caring and respectful.

I was falsely accused of domestic violence by my wife and the district attorney. My wife had informed me she tried to drop the charges but the district attorney would not. This process went on for over one year. I contacted Attorney Will and met with him and told him my story. I told him the truth and explained that my faith was in God. He impress me by stating that he believed me. Mr. Court Will worked very hard on my case and never once gave up. He encouraged me follow his direction. The domestic violence charges were dropped and I received received an infraction- fined $167.00. This saved my profession career.
