I hired Aaron on a medical marijuana related issue after the first attorney that I had hired, I didn't feel like was looking out for my best interest. Aaron was the total opposite. He spent as much time as needed talking to me in his office to get a clear picture as to what had happened and I was able to tell that he was really looking out for me. On my subsequent visits to his office, I was always amazed at how much more time and care he took with my case. My first attorney on this case just wanted to settle and told me that he didn't feel it would be wise to fight it. Well my gut instinct told me he was wrong and Aaron helped me prove my case and in the end we got an out of court settlement in my favor that got me everything that I wanted. This is the first attorney I've ever hired where I actually feel did his job and got my moneys worth so I highly recommend him to anyone with a medical marijuana issue.

Aaron is a very honest and competent attorney he goes above and beyond the call of duty. His knowledge of the law is excellent. His most valuable asset is his ability to call you back. Aaron took a Speeding ticket and reduced it to a "inattentive driving". This charge is not reported to your insurance. I'd recommend his services to anyone in a similar situation!! What a nice guy. He goes above and beyond what any other lawyer would normally do.

Aaron Pelley has been a valuable asset to have for me in my cases.  He calls back quickly with all the answers I need.  He stays on top of all of the important dates.  Aaron will jump in to help me with any problem I have, whether it's a question about the case at hand or another situation I am unsure of.  I feel that I can always call him and he will help me however he can.  I can count on Aaron to be on my side.  I wouldn't hesitate to call him with any problem no matter how small.

I was a client of Mr Pelley for nearly five months. Since I've never been in the position of ever needing a lawyer, I unfortunately let several warning signs go unquestioned. I don't believe he ever really took the time to go over my case. On many occasions he would gloss over the basics of the case and then told me "don't worry" we've got them where we want them. If that wasn't enough. the day of my pre-trial hearing, I called the court clerk to confirm my hearing time in the afternoon. Apparently the time had changed to the morning. I was finally contacted by Mr. Pelley several hours later only to hear that a warrant for my arrest had been issued!! All he said to me was that I missed my hearing and I needed to call a specific phone number. To my suprise, the number he gave me was for another lawyer, who after some confusion let me know that Mr Pelley had passed me off to him. Mr Pelley could did not even have the professional courtesy to tell me this himself! This new lawyer was a very nice fellow, however he has no trial experience whatsoever. I acknowledge my error in missing my court date, but I hardly think that is grounds for being dismissed by my lawyer. In fact, after reading the rules of professional conduct on the Washington bar associations website site, it is my opinion that Mr Pelley acted in an unprofessional and unethical manner. If you are looking for a criminal defense lawyer, you might want to keep looking.

this attorney is great. a few months ago my house got raided for a leagal medical majiauna grow. everthing was leagal and ligit but the police still took everything saying that the medical card was just a defence in court. i spent close to two months trying to get my property back and all i got was the run a round. I then given Aaron's number from a friend. never dealing with an attorney before and hearing from people that they can be expensive i was alittle nervous about being over charged but that wasnt the case. Aaron took care of this issue in less then a week and it was a very reasonable price. i got back all of my property and the charges were droped. thank you pelley law you guys were very helpful and i couldnt of got my property back with out you guys!!!

My wife and I found ourselves amidst unfair accussations, though we didn't know how they were unfair, legally. Aaron was very deligent in his research, and punctual with the result of his findings. The outcome was just and fair(more than expected). My wife and I were very impressed with Aaron's work ethics and the professional manner in which he presented himself; honest, hard working, fair.

which resulted in having them agree to clear my record so that I could continue to move on with my life. I was referred to Aaron in regards to a situation I was involved in. I went to Mr. Pelley and he was honest and upfront with me and also had taken the time to explain the legal system in a manner in which I could understand. Even though Mr.Pelley wasn't able to take my case he referred me to another attorney that he felt could handle my case. The attorney who took my case was very professional and also won my case.
