I have only positive things to in regards to having Mr. Pelley representing me in my case.
He is an extremely knowledgeable Attorney who really knows the ins and outs of the legal system. Mr. Pelley was very straightforward, attentive and accommodating to all my legal needs. In my case he was able to represent me on very short notice and followed thru until I had and very satisfactory resolution. Aaron Pelley did a superlative job for me. There were some things I needed early in my case that went above and beyond the normal call of duty and Mr. Pelley delivered in all areas. He has very good people skills and did not ever 'talk down' to me, while still speaking in terms I could easily understand. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner and in my case the final results were 100% positive considering what we were up against. Mr. Pelley never mislead me or gave me any false hopes, always covered every possible angle of each twist and turn in the case and in the end he achieved the best result possible for the circumstances. TO say I was pleased is an understatement. I heartily recommend Aaron Pelley if you find yourself in need of a very good defense attorney and especially if you need someone who is willing and able to go that extra mile for his clients

Nearly three years ago I was arrested for a crime I didn't commit. While the charges against me were eventually dropped, the arrest remained on my record and negatively affected my ability to find employment.
Thanks to Aaron's hard work and dedication, the prosecutors willingly signed on to expunge my record and he worked tirelessly with a difficult judge to make sure that all the records associated with my arrest were cleared. It took exceptional dedication on his part to get the results we had hoped for, he kept me informed each step of the way, and he made sure that I understood exactly what was happening at each phase of the process. I was referred to Aaron in regards to a situation I was involved in. I went to Mr. Pelley and he was honest and upfront with me and also had taken the time to explain the legal system in a manner in which I could understand. Even though Mr.Pelley wasn't able to take my case he referred me to another attorney that he felt could handle my case. The attorney who took my case was very professional and also won my case. I would recommend Mr. Pelley to anyone who has criminal issues.

It was so refreshing to work with Mr. Pelley. I live in Virgnia, but my case was in Washington state. I was prepared to come to Washington to get my case resolved, but with Mr. Pelley's expertise and support I did not have to do that. He kept me informed of the progress on my case and he also took care of unexpected findings in the case. He did not have to do this, he was retained for one thing, but went the extra mile when an unforsessable situation arose that really was not associated with the particular case he was retained to resolve. He took care of the issue because he knew it was the right thing to do. I am extremely grateful for the help and support I received from Mr. Pelley, it is certainly much much more then I expected.

I have only been in trouble one time before in my life and I was much younger when that happened. Working with Aaron really opened my eyes to all of the things that I should have done the last time I was in trouble. Aaron really put me at ease and made me feel confident that my situation was not as hopeless as the police made me believe that it was. He always seemed to know when I was becoming uneasy with the progress of my case because he would magically call me with an update and some words of encouragement.
It is hard for me to imagine what this experience could have felt like if I were to have a public defender but I will never regret hiring Mr. Pelley to help me out of this situation. I hope I never have to use an attorney ever again but if I do Aaron is the only person that I will call Aaron A Pelley
