Toby James Marshall

Toby J. Marshall is a member of Terrell Marshall & Daudt PLLC, which is located in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Marshall concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation, consumer protection, and employment law. He has represented clients in a wide variety of class actions, including wage and hour, securities fraud, product defect, and consumer fraud cases. Mr. Marshall has tried and won cases in state and federal court and has also successfully briefed and argued cases before the Washington State Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Marshall was named a “Rising Star" in 2005, 2006 and 2007 by Washington Law & Politics Magazine. Prior to forming Terrell Marshall & Daudt PLLC in 2008, Mr. Marshall was a member of Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC.
