I met Nick because I had used another attorney at his office for an injury case, and when I got stopped for DUI I knew I could trust the office again.

At the motion hearing Nick got my whole case thrown out! He showed that just because I crossed the fog line didn't prove I was drunk, and more importantly, that the Officer never had a reason to stop me in the first place. I would trust Nick's firm with any case.

I had never had anything more than just speeding tickets but then I got a DUI. I realize how this was a big mistake, but Nick never made me feel bad about myself. Actually from the first time we met I just felt better. I think I got a good outcome...no jail time or even license suspension because he won the phone hearing for me. Final outcome: Negligent Driving.

I was charged with reckless driving in Snohomish county. Nicholas was able to negotiate it down to a minor traffic infraction. Nicholas was very kind and understanding the entire time, both in and out of court. He was easy to get in touch with and explained everything in great detail.
