Welcome to my law practice. I am blunt, experienced, and effective. Whether your case is a simple, uncontested divorce, or a complicated child custody matter involving CPS, tribal courts, and allegations of abuse and neglect, I can sort out the issues and get the right results. I have experience with the WA Relocation Act, the Indian Child Welfare Act, dependencies, fostercare, and most any other legal issue regarding the custody of children.

I am remarried with two step children and two natural children.  I know from personal experience the crazy-making of a bitter divorce and the pain of living apart from one's children.  I founded my own law practice, in part, to try to help others get through their own divorces and child custody disputes with the least damage to their children and themselves.

When not practicing law, I enjoy remodeling my house, rock climbing, mountaineering, gardening, reading, and following the news.  I attend the University Congregation United Church of Christ.  As they say at that Church, I am a believer, seeker, and doubter.
