Mr. Wackerbarth is a shareholder and member of Lane Powell's Board of Directors. He has been in practice for 28 years, concentrating his practice in the areas of railroad litigation, environmental litigation, labor and employment, products liability and insurance related disputes. He is the Chair of the firm's Railroad and Mass Transit Industry Team. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel and is a past regional vice president of that organization. His practice includes the representation of major Class 1 freight railroads, shortlines, and the nation's railroad passenger system. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Washington Defense Trial Lawyer's Association.
