So I was 21 when I got my dui never been in trouble with the law so I was pretty sacred. I didn't know what was going to happen so I started calling alot of lawyers so I can get some insight of the process and my case. Some were pretty rude, and gross one lawyer pick her teeth and said it was from her lunch she had earlier. I then came across Tim milios from this website and called him spoke a little on the phone then had a meeting. He put off a good vibe and seem real confident on the work he could do and unlike other lawyers he gave me a expert advice on how he thought my case would turn out and not just say I don't know. He answer all my question that I had was real flexible on things I was going through. I knew was the right guy for the job. So when the court dates came around it was real smooth we ask for a extension just to get more evidence than we already had and on that last court date he got it down to the best charge in my situation. I must say he made my case real easy for me because I wasn't worried if he was doing this and that I just went to work everyday Tim or his assistant would call me when I had a court date coming up which I appreciated that very much. And just watch him do his magic in court. Thank you very much guys. I would choose Mr. Milios again if I am in a situation again.
I initially decided to go with Tim because he came off as personable and confident in the fact that he could win my DUI case. After signing the retainer, I could never get a hold of him, he never had time to meet with me and only came to court for my sentencing trial. He sent another lawyer in his place to the first 2 court dates and both times she was 40 minutes late. We settled at reckless endangerment and I have to register for SR-22 for 3 yrs. Two of my friends went with different lawyers for the same charges and received a lower sentencing, lower fine and no SR-22 insurance. Additionally, my paperwork to the courts was not filed on time and I got a summons to reappear. This has been a horrible experience and a great waste of money.
I called Tim and reviewed my paticular situation with him and from the very beginning I felt very comfortable, at ease and confident my case would be handled professionally and I'd very likely have my case dismissed.
I wasn't exactly prepared for the process which seems like it takes longer than it should but Tim kept me informed and in the loop so my imagination didn't get to carried away.
My case was finally dismissed and I hope I never need Tim's services again but I'd wholeheartly reccommend him to any friend.
I came to Tim facing my third DUI in the last 6 years. I had seen a few other lawyers before meeting with Tim who all told me essentially the same thing. That I was SOL. When I met with Tim he told me I might be SOL but that there were still ways that I could come out of it OK. He was very up front about what I would need to do in order to have a chance and he set up a plan for me. Almost a year later the charge was reduced and I didn't do any jail time. Even I didn't think I deserved that good of a deal. Tim was honest, a good communicator and almost everything he told me would happened. I hope I never have to see him again but I highly recommend him to anyone that thinks he has a hopeless case.
I found Mr. Milios - and his entire staff knowledgeable in my case, and their practice of criminal defense work. Before retaining Mr. Milos, I was able to discuss the merits of my case, along with the necessary professional service(s) required for a fair resolution. While others assured me of a speedy outcome, Mr. Milios took the time to understand my needs and suggest proactive steps that would assist me personally, as well as supporting my case. I found him to be responsive, ethical, and professional competent in his practice.
