About Me

My practice focuses on helping injured cyclists, motorcyclists and scooter riders obtain just compensation for their injuries. I provide superior legal representation through compassionate counseling and tenacious advocacy for all of my bike-accident clients. Once I take your case, I take care of all the paperwork, phone calls and negotiations so you can stop worrying about dealing with insurance companies and focus on recovering from your injuries.  As a daily bike commuter, former competitive cyclist, veteran bike messenger and advocate for bicyclists’ rights, I am uniquely suited to work with you on your bike accident case.  I can advise you, at no charge, on how to evaluate your claim and whether you would benefit from hiring a lawyer.

I worked with Stacie on a difficult personal injury case involving a disputed bicycle accident. She was awesome! I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, her compassion, her command of the relevant laws, and her drive. She is an exceptional personal injury lawyer, especially when it comes to pedestrian and bicycle accident cases. It would be impossible for me to give her a stronger endorsement. I highly recommend her.

  • Randolph Ian Gordon

I worked with Stacie on case last year: she is an excellent advocate, a delight to work with. She was on top of all aspects of her client’s case, knew the law, and was competent and efficient. This was alloyed with a rare mixture of compassion and tenacity. She could really turn up the heat when needed, but always maintained her professionalism with opposing counsel, so personality never got in the way of what was best for her client. As a result, we were able to get a great result in a challenging case. Stacie is many things: proud mother, caring counselor, skilled advocate. Above all, she is a delightful person, wonderful colleague, with a sure touch with people, an unpretentious grace, and great sense of humor. She is a force to be reckoned with. She has expertise in cycling accidents, so if you’re looking for a lawyer who cares about your bicycle injury and has the passion to get the job done, look no further.
