Roger M. Townsend

Mr. Townsend’s practice emphasizes intellectual property and business litigation on behalf of both companies and consumers.  He is veteran to state and federal court, as well as commercial arbitration.  Mr. Townsend’s practice has evolved over the years, providing him a rich background in business transaction and intellectual property licensing, which he uses to counsel companies in the technology, media and mobile services arenas.  Mr. Townsend began his career in the prestigious position of law clerk to the Honorable William L. Dwyer in U.S. District Court.  He subsequently served as clerk to Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Robert R. Beezer.
