About me

Robin’s practice focuses on protection of trademark and trade dress rights, resolving internet-related intellectual property disputes and working with clients in the franchise industry. She also continues her work with privately-held businesses and individuals on a wide range of commercial litigation matters. Robin has successfully resolved trademark and domain name claims in federal and state courts and before the TTAB, negotiated Consent to Use and Concurrent Use agreements, and tried trademark cases to judgment. Her trade dress cases have given her appreciation for a wide range of products, including chocolate truffle packaging, heavy equipment trailers and power boats.

Robin is a trained mediator and has served as an arbitrator. Whether the resolution is through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, trial or appeal, Robin’s goal is to provide her clients with an objective assessment of their situation, an accurate forecast of likely outcomes, sensible advice, timely communication and zealous protection of their rights.

  • David E Reed

I endorse this lawyer. Robin and I worked opposite each other on a dispute between two members of an LLC. The situation was very sticky, with lots of moving parts and allegations that made the case difficult to resolve. But I came to respect Robin's intellegence and savvy in finding business solutions, her skill as a litigator, and her high level of professionalism. Robin represents the best qualities in the legal community and I would recommend a new client to her without hesitation.

Robin was made for litigation. She is fast and intelligent and does it all with a smile. I have known her since she was a young intern and have always respected her work. I endorse this lawyer.
