Peter is a partner and senior member of the Seattle Trial practice. Peter's practice focuses in the areas of complex litigation, securities, health law, general commercial, franchise, employment, and non-competition and intellectual property, including trade secrets, computer software issues and trademarks. Peter also has additional substantial experience in the areas of sports law, manufacturing litigation, and real estate litigation. Peter also has served as chair of the Seattle Trial practice.
