In the areas of land use and environmental law, clients benefit from my analysis of feasibility issues, and highly successful efforts at obtaining permits and approvals, especially for complex developments. I worked at the City of Seattle permitting agency for seven years before going to law school. That prior experience gives me a unique understanding of the government permit process, which directly benefits clients. I have been a partner at Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson since 1994.
