I graduated cum laude from Seattle University, where he earned the American Jurisprudence Award for "Excellent Achievement in the Study of Criminal Law." Upon earning my J.D, I served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in King, Yakima, and Thurston counties before entering private practice as a defense attorney.  As a Deputy Prosecutor, I prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases and earned a reputation as a highly skilled trial attorney.   My current practice is dedicated exclusively to defending individuals charged with a crime in the State of Washington.  My tenure as a prosecutor enhances my ability to defend criminal cases. 

My extensive trial experience in criminal courts throughout Washington State has earned me a reputation for aggressive and effective representation.   In addition to my membership in the Washington State Bar Association, I am also a member of the King county Bar Association, the National College for DUI Defense, and the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
