Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Kim Tran and I worked as opposing counsel on a litigation matter that involved some unique challenges including the interpretation of a rarely-invoked statute that applied to health care facilities. Kim certainly lived up to her reputation as a relentless advocate for her client. She knew the factual and legal issues inside and out and crafted compelling arguments. It was clear that she was solution-oriented and willing to discuss creative solutions beneficial to both sides. At the end of the day, I appreciated that Kim was easy to work with and we were able to resolve what could have been a highly contentious matter.
I have worked with Kim for approximately 11 years, and have great respect not only for her work as an attorney, but for her as a person. Kim is a very talented attorney who represents her clients not only with tenacity, creativity, and unquestionable prowess, but with compassion and empathy. Kim understands her clients' needs and is dedicated to finding the solutions that best serve those needs. I highly recommend her not just for your employment law matters, but for your general litigation matters as well.
