We worked with John for over a year on that case. The highlight of that difficult dispute was watching John present our clients' case before the 3-attorney arbitration panel in a week-long proceeding. His handling of the testimony, the exhibits, the cross-examination of experts and hostile witnesses and his presentation as a whole was flawless and resulted in an outstanding victory for our client.
