Mr. Tracy did a very complex Chapter 7 bankruptcy for both our business and personal finances. He and his assistant were always available for questions. Mr. Tracy is well respected by the Bankruptcy Trustees, knows exactly how to present to them in court, and made what could have been a very painful process much easier than expected. I would highly recommend using his services. He is very knowledgable, a pleasant guy to work with and best of all does an excellent job.

Todd did a complex joint personal and corporate chap 11 for me along with his firm, Crocker/Kuno. I can not say enough about his incredible knowledge of the law and his ability to communicate that in language that a layman can understand. He is thorough, efficient and always ready and willing to assist in any way that he can. Todd is ALWAYS cheerful and positive, yet very realistic. No one ever wants to go through this kind of experience, but I highly recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of service.
