About me

I am a member in the Seattle office and currently serve on the firm’s Board of Directors and am chair of the Business Real Estate and Transactions practice group. My practice emphasizes all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, commercial leasing, complex business transactions, financial services and banking, general business and corporate matters. My clients include public and private entities, Indian tribes, and companies doing business with tribal governments and enterprises. I am a fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. I have received national recognition by Who’s Who in American Law in the areas of commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. I presently serve on the Board of Trustees for the Seattle/King County Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
